The wood-fired grill and oven take centre stage in the Brown Street Grill kitchen, inspiring our menu of share-style snacks and small plates, as well as more substantial dishes that will satisfy even the hungriest of bellies.

Our a la carte menu is available for groups of up to 10 guests.

Our Feed Me Menu is available for groups between 4-10 guests but is required for groups of 11+ guests.

The Feed Me dining option is designed to be shared between guests and are our Chef’s Selection of items from our a la carte menu and is advised on the night. Please note: menu items may change due to seasonality and availability.

We do our best to keep what you can see on our published menus, however if our suppliers bring in something last minute, we’ll often try to find a home on the menu for it that day - fresh is best!

We always try to accommodate allergies and food sensitivities, but ask that you be thoughtful with your requests, as we are a small venue with a small kitchen. We must politely decline substitution requests. If you have severe allergies, please get in touch with us in writing to dine@brighttankbrewing.com.au, so that we can do our best to accommodate you.

Smoke and flames make the most of beautiful, locally sourced proteins in humble, yet flavour-packed preparations. For the vegetarians, the menu has plenty of hearty options making full use of the grill - it’s not just a meat fest!
